SBA's most popular loan program, the 7(a) Guaranty Program has longer maturities which means lower monthly payments and increased cash flow for your small business. This is a great option for small business or startups looking to finance a business acquisition, owner-occupied real estate, debt refinancing, inventory, working capital, and more.
- Loans amounts: Up to $5,000,000
- Loan Terms: Up to 15 years

- Loan terms: Range from 7 – 25 years
These loans are a great option for small businesses who need financing decisions quickly and can also be utilized as a revolving line of credit.

A loan specifically designed for exporters, the Export Express is for businesses that are at least one year old.
- Loan amounts: Up to $500,000

For small businesses that have been operating for at least one year. The CAPline loan program helps small business meet their short term working capital needs. The series features multiple lines of credit for specific uses:
- Working CAPLine: Secured by your receivables and inventory
- Contract CAPLine: Finances up to 100% of labor and material costs to fulfill a specific contract.
- Seasonal CAPLine: Proceeds must be used to seasonal increases of inventory or increased labor costs.
