Getting Started with Fulton Bank

Make the switch in a few easy steps.

You’re just a few steps away from enjoying everything we have to offer – from an extensive range of deposit accounts to our award-winning online experience. Quickly access everything you need right here.

Five Simple Steps to get the most out of your new account:

1. Set up direct deposit.

Contact your employer or payer to switch your payroll, benefit payments, or other income direct deposited into your new account. You'll need your Fulton Bank routing and account numbers.

Our routing number is: 031301422

2. Enroll in Online and Mobile Banking.

Enroll in online banking to easily manage your accounts - check balances, pay bills, transfer funds, and more. Plus, you can set up reoccurring transfers and automated alerts for balance information, withdrawals, and payment due dates.

Download our mobile banking app on your smartphone to make managing your accounts even easier and put the power of a branch in the palm of your hand.

Tip: Once enrolled, check out Money Management™ - an integrated part of our online and mobile banking experience that allows you to view and manage all your financial accounts in one secure place.

3. Transfer your payments.

Contact your service providers (utilities, cable, gym memberships, etc.) and provide them with your new Fulton Bank account or debit card number so that your payments continue to be debited from your account.

Tip: Check your old account statement for automatic payments and review our common automatic transaction guide.

4. Take advantage of extras.

Activate your Relationship Rewards Visa Debit card. You're automatically enrolled in our Relationship Rewards program and can view and redeem points through online banking or by visiting the site directly. Make checking-out easy by enrolling your new debit card in Apple Pay® Samsung Pay® or Google Pay™.

Tip: Make sure to choose “credit” at checkout and earn points every time you make a purchase of $4
or more.1

Easily order checks through online banking. While checks may seem like a thing of the past, you never know when you may need one.

5. Close your old account.

Contact your previous bank and close your old account.

Tip: Before closing, review your statements to ensure that any automatic payments, checks, or other transactions have cleared.
