Fulton Private Bank Announces New Fiduciary Team Leadership

Greg Latimer has been promoted to Chief Fiduciary Officer of Fulton Private Bank and Erin Miller has been promoted to Director of Fiduciary Services.

Lancaster, Pa. (March 6, 2026) – Fulton Bank, N.A., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fulton Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: FULT), today announced the promotion of two of its Fulton Private Bank fiduciary team members.

Greg Latimer has been promoted to Chief Fiduciary Officer of Fulton Private Bank. Latimer will provide strategic leadership across Fulton Financial Advisors in fiduciary governance, risk management and compliance. He was formerly Director of Fiduciary Services at Fulton Previously, he served as a Trust Officer for a multi-family office, providing planning and administrative solutions for ultra-high net-worth families. Latimer began his career practicing law with a focus on estate planning and administration, elder law, and transactional matters. He holds a J.D. from Drexel University School of Law and a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation. He also serves as a board member for the Lancaster Bar Association and on the Trust Advisory Committee for the Pennsylvania Bankers Association.

Erin Miller has been promoted to Director of Fiduciary Services, assuming strategic leadership of Fulton Private Bank’s fiduciary offerings and providing management of the team of Fiduciary Advisors and Client Service Specialists. She was previously a Fiduciary Advisor. Before joining Fulton, she worked as a Fiduciary Advisor for Wilmington Trust and, prior to that role, as an attorney in trust and estate planning. She holds a J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the York County Bar Association and the York County Estate Planning Council.
