Lancaster, Pa. (Sept. 16, 2025) – Fulton Bank, N.A., a subsidiary of Fulton Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: FULT), today announced the expansion of its wealth management team in the Baltimore and Washington, D.C. areas.

Shore is a Vice President and Senior Wealth Planner who comes to Fulton from RKL Private Wealth. He has experience working as a wealth advisor and estate planner and is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association. Shore received both his J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Baltimore. He is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor.
Emmet is a Senior Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager. He has worked in investment advisor roles at PNC Private Bank, Bessemer Trust, and Legg Mason Investment Counsel. Emmet is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor. He holds a master’s degree in finance from Northeastern University, as well as a master’s degree in the humanities from Johns Hopkins University.
