Fulton Bank Teams Up with Junior Achievement to Help Prepare Students for Future Success

Volunteer initiative brings financial education and career readiness programs to students across the Mid-Atlantic

LANCASTER, Pa. (October 13, 2026) – Fulton Bank, a subsidiary of Fulton Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: FULT), is bringing colleagues and communities together across its five-state footprint this October through a regional volunteer initiative with Junior Achievement. They are focused on helping young people build the financial knowledge and career skills they need for the future.

Throughout the month, more than 60 Fulton Bank employees are expected to volunteer with Junior Achievement in eight communities across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware and Virginia. Working directly with students, Fulton team members will share practical knowledge and real-world perspectives on money management, budgeting, saving, career readiness, entrepreneurship and other skills that can help prepare them for the future.

“As a longtime partner of Junior Achievement, we’re proud to support an initiative that helps young people build their financial knowledge to help them prepare for careers and make smart financial decisions,” said Tiffany Sharpe, Vice President of Fair and Responsible Banking at Fulton Bank. “Just as they do with customers, our Fulton colleagues can serve as trusted advisors, sharing their expertise and perspective to help young people build confidence and skills they can carry with them throughout their lives.”

"Fulton Bank has made a true investment in the next generation with their support of Junior Achievement of Central Maryland,” said Paul Kappel, Jr., President & CEO, Junior Achievement of Central Maryland. “From their generous support of JA BizTown, commitment to ongoing volunteering and matching funding for our individual giving campaigns, their partnership helps us create hands-on learning experiences that inspire young people to see their potential and build the skills and confidence they need for their future. We are incredibly grateful for Fulton Bank’s continued commitment to our students and our mission.”

The Junior Achievement programs advance the Fulton Forward® initiative’s focus on financial wellness, job training, and workforce development.
Across the region, activities will be held with JA organizations in:

  • Delaware – Oct. 13
  • Philadelphia – Oct. 21
  • York – Oct. 21
  • Lebanon – Oct. 21
  • New Jersey – Oct. 21
  • Baltimore – Oct. 21
  • Prince George’s County – Oct. 21
  • Central Virginia – Nov. 5
