The funding will help expand homeownership opportunities, support small businesses, and advance community-driven improvements in Atlantic City's Ducktown and Venice Park neighborhoods.

LANCASTER, Pa. (July 27, 2026) – Fulton Bank, a subsidiary of Fulton Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: FULT), announced its fifth consecutive year of support for Atlantic City’s revitalization efforts, awarding $800,000 in Neighborhood Revitalization Tax Credit (NRTC) grants to the Atlantic County Economic Alliance (ACEA). This sustained investment underscores Fulton’s long term commitment to strengthening communities and advancing equitable economic growth across the region.

This year’s funding will support the Ducktown Community Development Corporation and ACEA as they continue their work to enhance the Ducktown and Venice Park neighborhoods. Rooted in Ducktown CDC’s mission to preserve cultural identity, expand economic opportunity, and improve quality of life, the grants will advance housing improvements, small business growth, and community driven revitalization projects.

Key initiatives include a home buying assistance program that helps residents build long term stability, along with business microgrants and professional development resources designed to equip local entrepreneurs and small businesses for sustainable success.

“Supporting the revitalization of Ducktown and Venice Park reflects exactly what Fulton Bank stands for,” said Wendy Bartlett, SVP and Senior Commercial Relationship Manager at Fulton Bank and a member of the ACEA Board of Trustees. “Each year, we see these investments open doors for residents and strengthen the foundation for small business growth. By sustaining this commitment year after year, Fulton Bank is helping build lasting economic momentum and ensuring revitalization efforts remain consistent, community centered, and positioned for long term impact.”

“Fulton Bank’s support continues to be a catalyst for meaningful progress in Ducktown,” said Michael Cagno, Volunteer Board President of the Ducktown Community Development Corporation. “Their investment helps us improve housing, expand resources for small businesses, and elevate the character of our neighborhoods. Together, we are building communities that are welcoming, resilient, and full of opportunity, and we are grateful for Fulton’s ongoing partnership.”

The NRTC program affords businesses a 100% tax credit for funds provided to nonprofit entities carrying out comprehensive revitalization plans. Learn more about the tax credits available to businesses in New Jersey through the NRTC program at NJ.gov.
