Fulton Bank Earns VETS Indexes 3 Star Employer Award for 2025

Lancaster, Pa. (May 16, 2025) – Fulton Bank has received the 3 Star Employer Award in the 2025 VETS Indexes Employer Awards program, through Fulton’s strong commitment to recruiting, hiring, retaining, developing, and supporting veterans and the military-connected community.

Fulton Bank’s programs for veterans include a military internship program designed to support veterans transitioning to civilian employment. The program earned an American Bankers Association Community Commitment Award in 2023. Fulton Bank also offers a veterans employee resource group that is open to all interested employees. In 2024, Fulton Bank received the Secretary of Defense Employer Support Freedom Award, the highest U.S. government honor to employers for support of National Guard and Reserve employees.
For the VETS Indexes Employer Awards this year, a record total of 349 organizations completed and submitted surveys. Of those participants, VETS Indexes recognized 294 organizations across the following award levels: 5 Star Employer, 4 Star Employer, 3 Star Employer, and Recognized Employer. Not every responding organization made the cut – only those that demonstrated a strong commitment to veterans, members of the National Guard and Reserves, and military spouses.
