Our people: respected, valued, and supported.
At Fulton, we're committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive environment where we acknowledge, respect, and welcome a collaborative working team.
At the core of our company, we work to welcome and support the differences of our employees. By fueling an environment of open-mindedness and respectfulness, we facilitate inspiration and innovation. This common vision defines and unites us wherever we are and in whatever we do.
Respect and inclusion empower people from all backgrounds.
We believe embracing the differences and similarities of all individuals in our organization spurs innovation, creativity, and collaboration. Respect and inclusion are a powerful foundation for all we do.
When all team members see and feel that they are included, encouraged to do their personal best, and celebrated for their individuality and unique perspectives, our company excels. When everyone is valued, we’re stronger as a company.

"Our commitment to inclusion means that we recognize and appreciate what makes each team member unique. With initiatives like Employee Resource Groups and floating holidays, we give employees flexibility and options to connect with each other and celebrate what they value most.”

Inclusion helps us give everyone a voice
Inclusion is not just a word, it’s a promise. It is an integral part of a culture in which all people feel comfortable and confident to be themselves and where everyone is valued and appreciated.
At Fulton Bank, our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) bring together colleagues from across the organization to foster connection, professional growth, and a sense of belonging. These voluntary, employee-led groups support networking, mentorship, and career development, while helping us build a welcoming, innovative, and inclusive workplace for all.
Our ERGs represent a wide range of experiences, backgrounds, and interests-supporting employees at every stage of their careers, across different abilities, identities, work environments, and life experiences. Through ERG activities, employees can share perspectives, develop leadership skills, and contribute to business initiatives that reflect the unique strengths of our workforce and customers.
Participation in ERGs is linked to higher employee engagement and loyalty, as members feel a greater sense of belonging. In addition, ERG members are active in community outreach and volunteer initiatives, strengthening our ability to change lives for the better.
