Van Dang

Van Dang is a true Fulton success story – one that began more than 20 years ago. She joined the Management Trainee program upon graduating from Albright College in 2002 with a degree in international business, marketing and economics.

During her first two years in the program, she completed rotations in consumer, credit, marketing, call center support, international banking and dealer services learning as much as she could about Fulton from the branch experience to the back-end business.

From relationship management to marketing, Van built a strong foundation with Fulton from day one. After completing the trainee program, she was hired in her first full-time role as a Cash Management Sales Associate where she continued to rise the ranks over the next 18 years as a vice president and now in her current role as Cash Management Team Leader.

Van attributes her success to the mentors who supported and nurtured her over the years in Fulton’s collaborative culture.

“I’m so grateful that Fulton took a chance on a college kid who knew nothing about banking 20 years ago,” said Van. “From the beginning, I have received tremendous advice from leaders and colleagues alike. We genuinely care about one another, and that culture of caring translates to our customers, which is what really makes Fulton so unique.”

In turn, Van is committed to paying it forward through her own mentoring with young professionals within Fulton Bank. And as a mom, avid volunteer, and runner, Van is passionate about giving her all each and every day.
