PROGRAM DESCRIPTION 

Fulton Bank may send news, promotions, events, and exclusive offers to the opted in mobile number in the form of text messages.

FREQUENCY OF MESSAGES 

A maximum of 6 messages per month.

PRICING 

There is no cost from Fulton Bank to the end user for use of our mobile service. However, message and data rates may apply.

MOBILE USER OPT-IN 

Fulton Bank provides a text messaging service to communicate news, promotions, events and exclusive offers. By texting FULTON to 23181, you agree to receive text messages from Fulton Bank. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. MOBILE USER OPT-OUT 

To opt out from receiving messages text STOP to 23181 at any time. After you send the message STOP to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us unless you opt back into this service. 

MOBILE USER PRIVACY 

We will never rent or sell your mobile phone number to any third party. By opting into the service from Fulton Bank, you are agreeing to receive SMS text messages specific to the Fulton Bank SMS Promo Texts service.
