With over 23 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Victoria has been a successful mortgage banker since 2003, consistently achieving top producer status among her peers. She specializes in a wide range of loan programs, including conventional loans, government programs such as VA, FHA, and VHDA, construction-permanent financing, solutions for medical professionals, and first-time homebuyers programs. Victoria is also well-versed in Fulton’s 80/20 options to help clients avoid PMI. Her extensive experience allows her to customize loan solutions tailored to each client’s unique short-term and long-term goals.
