Dean joined Fulton Mortgage Company, a Division of Fulton Bank in 2023. As a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer, he brings 27 years' experience in the industry and provides mortgage services to Berks, Lancaster and Lebanon Counties in Pennsylvania.
