Dave joined Fulton Financial Advisors and Fulton Private Bank in 2007. He has over 20 years of experience in investments and trust banking. Dave came to Fulton Financial Advisors following a career with SunTrust where he served in a variety of positions including Closely Held Business Analyst, Business Development Officer, Manager of Private Client Services, and Corporate Strategies/Mergers & Acquisition-related roles. He earned a BS degree in Accounting from Bob Jones University and his MBA degree from Georgia State University.
Dave became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Georgia in 1987 and Tennessee in 1996. He earned series 7, 63 and 24 securities licenses in 1994, became a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) in 1997, and received the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2000. He has been a member of the Advisory Board of the American Bankers Association Wealth Management Conference and co-chaired the Advisory Board of the ABA Private Wealth Management School. Dave is a past Chairman of the ABA National Graduate Trust School and served on the faculty of that school for several years.
Dave is a charter member of the CEB Wealth Executive Roundtable and is a member and past Chairman of the Trust and Wealth Executive Association. Dave serves as a volunteer, board member, or committee chair of several community organizations including the Boy Scouts, the Cleft Palate Clinic, and Bible Visuals International.
Keith P. Aleardi, joined Fulton Financial Advisors and Fulton Private Bank in 2011. He has over 22 years of financial industry experience focusing primarily on the investment management of individual and institutional investment portfolios. He is responsible for leading the investment organization by setting overall investment policy, establishing client portfolio management guidelines and ensuring the delivery of comprehensive investment solutions within Fulton Financial Advisors’ disciplined, client centric approach to wealth management. He speaks publicly on the economy and capital markets and is quoted frequently by newspaper and TV media.
Keith received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Ursinus College and holds a Master of Science degree in Banking and Finance Management from Boston University. He also holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and is a member of the CFA Institute and the Financial Analyst Society of Philadelphia.
Mike joined Fulton Financial Advisors in 2015. In his role he is responsible for revenue growth, operational efficiency, service standards, and risk mitigation for the division.
Mike has spent over 20 years in the Securities and Wealth Industry. He previously held senior management positions at M&T Bank, Wilmington Trust, & Thrivent Financial. As a proven leader in the industry, Mike brings a rich history in providing advisors with the tools and resources necessary to deliver exceptional value to their clients, while driving strategic direction for the firm.
Mike earned his BS degree in Marketing and Finance from York College of PA. He also completed an Executive Education Program from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Mr. George currently holds Series 7, 24, and 63 registrations
Kristen joined Fulton Financial Advisors and Fulton Private Bank in 2005. She has more than 20 years of experience in the trust and wealth management field. Kristen is responsible for managing the fiduciary, client management, and planning aspects of Fulton Private Bank. She also leads the relationship management team in its client servicing and wealth management efforts. Prior to joining Fulton Private Bank, Kristen practiced law for eight years and concentrated her practice in transactional matters, including estate planning.
Kristen received her undergraduate degree (B.A.) from Dickinson College. She earned her law degree from Widener University School of Law and received an LL.M. in Taxation and a Certificate in Estate Planning from Villanova University School of Law.
Kristen is active in her community, having served on the boards of Lancaster Symphony Orchestra, CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of Lancaster County, and as Chair of the Estate Planning and Probate Law Section of the Lancaster Bar Association. She has also recently served on a Pediatric Campaign Steering Committee for Lancaster General Health.
Sal joined Fulton Financial Advisors in 2003. He has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry working in business development, private banking, trust administration, trust marketing and mutual fund distribution. Beginning in 2008, Sal has led the Wealth Advisory Group within Fulton Private Bank/Fulton Financial Advisors. In that capacity, he was responsible for creating and providing an environment to serve high net worth individuals and their families with a team based approach to financial services. In 2015, he assumed the role of Chief Administrative Officer for Fulton Financial Advisors. In 2016, he became a Business Risk and Compliance Manager for the holding company, Fulton Financial Corporation. In this capacity, he is responsible for the risk and compliance activities of FFA in addition to leading corporate wide projects.
He is active in his home community, having served on the boards of Leadership Harrisburg Area, Concertante, the Central PA Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation and Contact Helpline. Additionally, he is active in supporting the local Boy Scout Troop and serves on the Lower Allen Township Development Authority. Sal earned a BA in Social Sciences from St. Bonaventure University and a J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law.
Brian R. Peachey joined Fulton Financial Advisors in 2013. He has over 23 years of experience in the Retirement Plan and Wealth Management industries. He has held a wide variety of positions including hands-on administration to sales to executive level management. He is responsible for all aspects of the Retirement Services Group within Fulton Financial Advisors including all operational functions at both a recordkeeping and compliance level, defining and maintaining service standards that ensure an excellent client experience, enhancing existing product offerings and defining new offerings, as well as, participating directly in the marketing message and sales process of the Retirement Services team. In addition he oversees Fulton Financial Advisor's Cash Reserve Investment Management and Corporate Trust team.
Prior to joining Fulton Financial Advisors, Brian was EVP of Operations & Product and Systems Development for The Online 401(k) located in San Francisco, CA. The Online 401(k) is a nationally recognized provider of small business retirement plans, servicing over 5000 401(k) plans. During his tenure with the firm, Intuit partnered with The Online 401(k) to create and market an Intuit branded 401(k) product that was serviced and administered by The Online 401(k). Previously, Brian worked at Aris Corporation of America in State College PA as both the Director of Retirement Services and Director of Internal Sales for both Wealth and Retirement Services. He has also worked at Ascensus in Dresher PA and Merrill Lynch in Somerset NJ.
Brian received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Shippensburg University in 1989 and has successfully passed both the Series 7 and Series 65 exams.
As the Director of Fulton Bank’s Private Banking Group, Randy leads a team of advisors delivering investment and banking product solutions and financial advice, to affluent clients. The Private Banking Relationship Managers work very closely with both commercial and consumer bankers across Fulton Bank’s growing five state footprint.
Randy joined Fulton Financial Corporation in 2001 and has been a community banker for over 35 years. In January 2006 Randy was named President and CEO of Delaware National Bank, an FFC affiliate. In December 2010 after a merger with Fulton Bank, Randy became Fulton Bank Delaware Division President.
Randy is the former Chairman of the Delaware Bankers Association, is the Treasurer of Meals on Wheels Delaware, and serves on the Board of the West Rehoboth Community Land Trust.
Randy is a graduate of the University of California. He also attended the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
