Your retirement and investment options are an important part of your total benefits package. All full-time and part-time employees (at least age 21) are eligible for the Fulton 401(k) Plan. After one year of service, you become eligible for employer matching contributions.

Additional benefits including our Employee Stock Purchase Plan and special banking discounts are available immediately.
