Dave joined Fulton Financial Advisors and Fulton Private Bank in 2007. He has over 20 years of experience in investments and trust banking. Dave came to Fulton Financial Advisors following a career with SunTrust where he served in a variety of positions including Closely Held Business Analyst, Business Development Officer, Manager of Private Client Services, and Corporate Strategies/Mergers & Acquisition-related roles. He earned a BS degree in Accounting from Bob Jones University and his MBA degree from Georgia State University.
Dave became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Georgia in 1987 and Tennessee in 1996. He earned series 7, 63 and 24 securities licenses in 1994, became a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) in 1997, and received the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2000. He has been a member of the Advisory Board of the American Bankers Association Wealth Management Conference and co-chaired the Advisory Board of the ABA Private Wealth Management School. Dave is a past Chairman of the ABA National Graduate Trust School and served on the faculty of that school for several years.
Dave is a charter member of the CEB Wealth Executive Roundtable and is a member and past Chairman of the Trust and Wealth Executive Association. Dave serves as a volunteer, board member, or committee chair of several community organizations including the Boy Scouts, the Cleft Palate Clinic, and Bible Visuals International.

In her role as President of Fulton Private Bank, Dara leads the team of tenured professionals to ensure that we are proactively providing the very best experience for Fulton Private Bank’s Clientele.
Previously, Dara served as Director of Family Wealth and led Fulton Private Bank’s efforts to meet the evolving needs of High-Net-Worth Clients. Dara joined Fulton Private Bank from a private multi-family office where she proactively crafted and executed plans to help families across the country steward, preserve and transfer the wealth they worked so hard to create. She is skilled in the art of navigating personal conversations around wealth, including among generations, and understands the nuances of multigenerational wealth.
Dara practiced law for nearly a decade, initially in a national law firm, based in Philadelphia, and then in a mid-sized regional law firm, based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. During her time as a practicing attorney, Dara's practice and passion were helping closely-held business owners develop and implement succession plans and personal estate plans while minimizing taxes. Early in her legal career, Dara earned her Masters of Laws in Taxation (LL.M) from Villanova University School of Law and recently earned her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® Certification.
Dara is active in her community and has served as a director of a variety of non-profit boards, including in executive leadership positions. Presently, she serves as Trustee on the Board of Trustees of the Chesapeake Bay Foundation and as a Director on the Board of Directors of Hospice & Community Care.

As Chief Investment Officer for Fulton Financial Advisors and Fulton Private Bank, Mark leads a team of client-focused portfolio managers and is responsible for the firm's investment strategy including strategic and tactical asset allocation, manager selection/due diligence, and portfolio construction.
Prior to joining Fulton in 2023, Mark spent a decade as a key investment leader in the asset management arm of a major national bank focused on developing innovative investment solutions for institutions, families, and individual investors. He oversaw teams responsible for designing multi-asset class portfolios, alternative investments, derivatives strategies, and a proprietary direct indexing program focused on tax management and values-based investment capabilities. He also brings extensive experience in developing customized investment programs designed for the specific needs of large institutions and ultra-high net worth families.
Mark holds a Ph.D. in theoretical physics from the University of Chicago, a master’s degree in physics from the University of Cambridge, and a B.S. degree in astronomy and astrophysics from Yale University. His research focused on the origins of the universe, extra dimensions, and dark energy. Mark is a Chartered Financial Analyst® and a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia.

As the DelMarVa Team leader for Fulton Private Banking, Bill and his team are responsible for new client acquisition and client relationship management for the Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and DC markets.
Bill has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry and joined Fulton Private Bank in 2017. Prior to joining Fulton Private Bank, he worked in PNC Wealth Management and held leadership positions in PNC’s retail business. Bill also held similar leadership positions at Wells/ Wachovia from 1997 – 2005.
Bill earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Finance from Salisbury University Perdue School of Business. Bill holds Series 7, 66 & Life and Health insurance licenses.
As an active community volunteer, Bill commits his time and energy to several charitable organizations throughout the Delaware and Maryland markets.
Bill lives in Middletown De and enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren. Additionally, he enjoys travel, golf, time with friends and family, and training his two Australian Shepherds Cagney & Lacey.

As Director of Private Banking Transformation, Sean leads the development and implementation of strategies designed to create a differentiated private client experience for Fulton Private Bank clients. Working across the organization, he focuses on strengthening the delivery of comprehensive, tailored solutions for affluent and high-net-worth individuals, families, executives, and business owners.
Sean has more than 25 years of experience with Fulton Bank and has served in a variety of leadership roles supporting consumers and small businesses throughout the bank’s financial center network. Prior to joining Fulton Private Bank in July 2026, he served as Consumer Sales Manager for the Lancaster market. He previously led teams across the Philadelphia, Brandywine, BuxMont, Greater Berks, and Lancaster markets, developing extensive experience in strategic leadership, talent development, market growth, operational excellence, and customer experience.
Sean earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Shippensburg University, and a Master of Business Administration from Lebanon Valley College. He is also a graduate of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association’s Advanced School of Banking and Leadership Institute.
Active in the community, Sean serves as Vice Chair of the Board of St. John Neumann Catholic School. He previously served on the Lancaster Catholic High School Board, including three years as Board Chair, and has supported Junior Achievement as both a volunteer and board member. His community leadership has also included service to youth athletics, education, and faith-based organizations throughout the Lancaster region.

Greg serves as the Chief Fiduciary Officer for Fulton Private Bank, where he provides strategic leadership in fiduciary governance, risk management, and compliance across all business lines. In this role, Greg guides the organization through complex regulatory matters and drives initiatives that enhance fiduciary, charitable, investment, and related offerings for clients and the bank. He is committed to the relentless pursuit of thoughtful, client-focused solutions that deliver lasting value.
Greg brings extensive experience in wealth management and legal practice. Prior to joining Fulton Private Bank, he served as a Trust Officer for a multi-family office, delivering comprehensive planning and administrative solutions for high-net-worth families. Previously Greg practiced law with a focus on estate planning and administration, elder law, and transactional matters, giving him a deep appreciation of the legal, emotional, and financial complexities facing clients.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Messiah University and a Juris Doctor with distinction from Drexel University School of Law. Greg also holds the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation.
Beyond his professional role, Greg has served on numerous nonprofit boards in the Lancaster area. He currently serves as chair of the Long Range and Strategic Planning Committee for the Lancaster Bar Association.
Greg resides in Lititz, Pennsylvania, with his wife and children. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, staying active, cheering for Baltimore sports teams, and taking family trips to the Carolina beaches.

As a Senior Wealth Advisor for Fulton Private Bank, Jess manages and coordinates comprehensive client relationships. Jess has been with Fulton Bank for over 31 years. She has spent 20 years in the wealth management division. Prior to joining the wealth division of Fulton Private bank, Jess worked in Fulton’s Banks retail and commercial banking divisions.
Jess earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Penn State University and has her Insurance and series 7 and 66 securities licenses. Jess is an active community volunteer and serves on various committees for local non-profits.

Erin J. Miller is the Director of Fiduciary Services for Fulton Private Bank, where she manages a team of Fiduciary Advisors and the Estates Department. Since joining Fulton Private Bank in early 2018 as a Fiduciary Advisor and Relationship Manager, Erin has helped individuals, families, and nonprofit organizations navigate complex financial and personal transitions with thoughtful fiduciary guidance.
Prior to joining Fulton, Erin spent 13 years as a practicing attorney in York, Pennsylvania, focusing on trust and estate planning, estate administration, and elder law. During her legal career, she developed significant expertise in special needs trusts, guardianship matters, and assisting families of disabled individuals with complex planning and care needs. Today, she continues to leverage that experience in her fiduciary role, maintaining direct responsibility for Fulton Private Bank's special needs trust and guardianship accounts and ensuring these highly regulated relationships receive the expertise, advocacy, and compassionate care they require.
Erin is passionate about helping individuals, families, beneficiaries, and nonprofit organizations navigate some of life's most important and often challenging transitions with clarity, confidence, and trust. She is committed to building a fiduciary services team known for technical excellence, exceptional client service, and an unwavering focus on acting in the best interests of those they serve.
Erin earned her Juris Doctor from The Dickinson School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from York College of Pennsylvania. She is actively involved in the community, serving on committees of the York County Community Foundation, as Treasurer of the York County Bar Foundation Board, and as a Director of the York County Estate Planning Council. She is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the York County Bar Association, and the York County Estate Planning Council.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Erin is active in her church and enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and extended family at their cabin in northern Pennsylvania.
With over three decades of leadership in the New Jersey financial services community, Frank brings extensive experience, insight, and creativity to his role at Fulton Private Bank. Since joining the Fulton Financial family in 2007, Frank has built a reputation for delivering sophisticated, client-centric solutions to high-net-worth individuals, including business owners, corporate executives, and professional practices, helping them navigate complex financial landscapes with clarity and confidence.
A strategic thinker and collaborative leader, Frank has not only advised clients but during his career he has also managed a robust portfolio of middle market commercial lending relationships and led high-performing teams of commercial bankers to success. His leadership style combines analytical rigor with a passion for mentorship and growth—both for clients and colleagues alike.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Frank is a committed community advocate. He has held several key nonprofit leadership roles, including Vice-Chair of the Board and Campaign Chair for the United Way of Camden/Burlington, VP/Treasurer at Mainstage Center for the Arts and VP/Treasurer of Partners in Learning. He also served as President of the Southern New Jersey Bankers Association, amplifying his influence across both financial and civic spheres.
Frank is a proud Rutgers University alumnus, holding a dual degree in Finance and Marketing. He resides in Lumberton, New Jersey, with his wife and finds joy in fitness, travel and spending time with his three adult children.

As Regional Wealth Director for Eastern Pennsylvania, Steve is responsible for leading the growth of Fulton Private Bank in Greater Philadelphia, the Lehigh Valley and Berks County. Steve oversees the delivery of comprehensive wealth management solutions to individuals, families, executives, business owners and institutions. Leading a team of experienced and credentialed professionals, he delivers Fulton’s investment management, private banking, trust, financial planning, charitable, retirement and non-profit solutions locally. At the enterprise level, Steve directs the Private Bank growth strategy building teams of accomplished wealth management professionals to serve clients across Fulton Bank’s expansive regional footprint.
With over 30 years of banking experience, Steve joined Fulton Private Bank in 2023. Prior to joining Fulton, Steve was the Market Leader for Key Private Bank in Eastern Pennsylvania. Before Key, he served in various leadership roles of increasing responsibility at PNC Wealth Management including: Wealth Management Director-Bucks County; Managing Director of Wealth Management for Northeast and Central Pennsylvania and, finally, Managing Director of Growth Strategy for the Wealth Management Division. Earlier, Steve served Wachovia Wealth Management as Regional Director of the Greater Philadelphia market.
Throughout his career, Steve has supported his community with various board and committee memberships that have included Pennsylvania Ballet, Philadelphia Hospitality, National Adoption Center and the Philadelphia Chapter of the Risk Management Association, among others.
