Overdraft Fees
- Four (4) overdraft fee refunds per customer per statement cycle.

CD Penalty Waiver1
- Customer may have an early withdrawal penalty waived for one Certificate of Deposit during the shutdown period. A partial withdrawal is allowed.
Account Fees
- Request a waiver or refund of monthly maintenance fees for one statement cycle for checking, savings, and money market accounts
- Depending on the duration of the shutdown, you may request a total of three waivers or refunds per account
- Temporary deferment of consumer loan payments

- A letter from a company under contract with the United States government issued and signed by an officer or owner of the company or by the company's human resources director stating that the employee is not receiving payment from the contractor because of government shutdown.
