Paycheck Protection Program Applications

We understand how important this program is for you and your business.  We are currently accepting applications for new funds, second draw funds, or an increase of your first draw for known Fulton Bank business customers with deposit and/or loan account(s) in good standing. If you are not yet a Fulton Bank customer, we invite you to first open a business deposit account before being able to apply for a PPP loan. 

New First Draw Customers

Applicable to customers who:

  • Beginning February 24, through March 9, the Small Business Administration (SBA) is limiting applications to only those businesses with fewer than 20 employees.
  • Did not previously receive a PPP loan, and;
  • Have Fulton Bank business deposit and/or loan accounts in good standing

First Draw Application

Second Draw Customers

Applicable to customers who:

  • Beginning February 24, through March 9, the Small Business Administration (SBA) is limiting applications to only those businesses with fewer than 20 employees.
  • Previously received a First Draw PPP Loan and will or have used the full amount only for authorized uses, and;
  • Have no more than 300 employees, and;
  • Can demonstrate at least a 25% reduction in gross receipts between comparable quarters in 2019 and 2020.

IMPORTANT: Per the SBA Second Draw Application Guidelines, applicants are not required to provide supporting documentation for second draw loan requests under $150,000. Borrowers will be asked to provide this information during the forgiveness phase.

What to expect: First and Second Draw

  • After applying, you will receive an email response confirming the receipt of your application.
  • We will update you via email as your application moves through the review and approval process.
  • If your application is incomplete, or missing documentation, a PPP specialist will contact you.
  • Submitting an application does not guarantee you will receive funding.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot estimate when funds will be available and disbursed to accepted applicants.

Increase of First Draw

Applicable to customers who:

  • Received a PPP loan previously from Fulton Bank and have no yet received full or partial forgiveness of that loan from the SBA, or;
  • Who did not take disbursement of the entire amount of the initial PPP loan.

What to expect: Increase of First Draw Inquiry

  • Because each inquiry will be different, we will assign your request to a specialized team member.
  • This team member will contact you directly as soon as possible to work through the request.
  • We can begin approving these requests on January 25, 2021.
