Maria Sinclair joined Fulton Mortgage Company, A Division of Fulton Bank, in 2009. As Senior Loan Officer, Maria provides mortgage services to Atlantic, Camden, Cape May, Gloucester, Mercer, Ocean, and Salem counties in New Jersey and the surrounding regions.

In the banking industry since 1998, Maria takes price in helping her clients find the right mortgage solution, from first-time homebuyers to those looking for investment properties or a second home. She specializes in Construction Financing, Physician Programs, First Time Homebuyer Loans, Conventional Financing and FHA Loans.
